I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click on “Forgot password?” on the log in page in the app and you’ll be able to request a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time under “Account information” in your Profile. We recommend using a strong password.
How much does the app cost?
The prices of the subscriptions depend on which country your Google Play or App Store account is connected to, as that decides what currency and VAT will be applied. The relevant prices for you can always be found by viewing the section “In-App Purchases” on the app’s page in Google Play and App Store.
How do I cancel a subscription?
All our in-app subscriptions are handled by App Store or Google Play and any changes to a subscription needs to be done via their platforms. Follow the links below to find instructions on how to manage or cancel a subscription via each platform.

Can I invite friends to one8 Fitness?
Yes you can! To invite or add friends in the app, click on the plus icon in the top right corner on the Leaderboard tab. This will take you to your personal invite link. Share this with your friends and they can then find you in the app and request your friendship. Thereafter you’ll be able to see and compete with each other in the app!
Can I work out at the gym with the app?
Yes you can, the app supports training at the gym, training with custom equipment of your choice and with bodyweight only.
Will I get in touch with a physical personal trainer through the app?
No, you will not need to get in touch with a physical personal trainer. The app will create and guide you through your workout programme using its smart software. So you can wave goodbye to having to travel, plan or adapt to anyone else when you want to work out – the app will always be ready for you!
Can I log other activities (e.g. sports) in the app?
Yes, via the plus sign on your Workout tab you can access the feature called “Add own activity”, which allows you to log any external physical activity and get XP for it.
Can I log weights for the exercises I do?
Yes, the app allows you to log weights for all exercises that use weight based gym equipment.
